Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

This critical role is focused on full-cycle talent acquisition and strategic recruiting. The ideal candidate will partner with U.S. and global leaders, along with HR business partners, to identify hiring needs and attract top talent using both traditional and creative sourcing methods. Key responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, managing job postings and employer branding efforts, screening candidates, coordinating and participating in interviews, supporting hiring events, and collaborating on offers including compensation and start dates. The role also emphasizes proactively building talent pipelines through referrals, sourcing campaigns, and events, while serving as a recruiting subject matter expert for hiring managers and leadership.

 

Your contribution:

 

•    Collaborates with both US and Global leadership members and human resources business partners to identify, assess and lead the search for extraordinary talent through conventional and if required unconventional means while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
•    Develop recruiting strategies to include but not limited to posting positions, selecting social media platforms, employer branding campaigns, screening applications and leading the assessment of qualified candidates.
•    Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
•    Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Attend career events as needed. 
•    Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
•    Proactively build talent pipelines through referral generation, online sourcing, events, and sourcing campaigns for key roles and identified areas of focus. Serve as a subject matter expert to the recruiting team, hiring managers, and organizational leaders on integrating effective candidate identification methods across all markets.  

 

A good match:

 

•    Bachelor's degree, minimum of 8 plus years of sourcing and recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment with demonstrated success in commercial team builds.  4 plus years in demonstrated success within talent management. 
•    Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
•    Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
•    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
•    Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
•    Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
•    Ability to deliver results and effectively manage and prioritize multiple positions and candidates in a fast-paced environment. 
•    Excellent communication and client service skills. 
•    Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Your benefits and remuneration:

 

Expected Pay Range: $130,800.00 year to $209,400.00 year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
